In-Store Service: Once an in-store service has been rendered, it is non-refundable. Due to the nature of our services, refunds are not available once the service has been completed.
Products & Gift Cards: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item in its original packaging within 14 days for store credit only. We do not accept returns of Pavise, or other prescription products. We do not accept returns on gift cards.
Payments: We accept all major credit cards and cash. All prices subject to change without notice.
Gift Cards do not expire in client’s account and can be used on any service, product, or package purchase.
Gratuities are not included in service price and are a matter of personal discretion on all of our services.
Pets: No pets please, service animals are welcome.
